Welcome to Gobindgarh Jaisalmer. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservation Confirmation

All bookings at Gobindgarh Jaisalmer are confirmed only once full payment has been received and a confirmation number issued. Any modifications requested after confirmation are subject to availability and hotel discretion.

2. Zero Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed: Cancellations are not permitted. The total amount of the reservation will be charged in the event of cancellation at any time prior to arrival. In the event of a no‑show (i.e., failure to arrive by the check‑in time on the arrival date without prior communication), the full stay charge will be applied, and no refund or credit will be offered.

3. Payment & Guarantee

A valid credit card or advance payment is required at time of booking to guarantee the reservation. By providing this guarantee, you agree to the Hotel’s no‑cancellation and no‑refund policy.

4. Group Bookings

For bookings of 8 rooms or more (“Group Booking”), the same zero‑cancellation policy applies unless a separate group contract has been signed with bespoke terms. Any alteration or reduction in rooms after the contract signature will be treated as cancellation and full charges apply.

5. Amendments and Date Changes

Any request for date changes or amendments is subject to availability. If accepted by the hotel, such amendment may be treated as a new booking and standard full‑stay charges will apply for the original booking; the hotel reserves the right to decline amendments.

6. Force Majeure / Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government travel restrictions, acts of war or terrorism, epidemic/pandemic, etc.), the hotel may at its discretion offer alternatives (such as date postponement, credit note, or refund). Such outcomes are subject to the hotel’s sole assessment and are not an automatic entitlement under this policy.

7. Refunds

Given the no‑cancellation policy, refunds are not offered under any circumstances for confirmed bookings, including early departures or reductions in length of stay. Departure prior to the confirmed check‑out date will not result in any refund or credit for the unused portion of the stay.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This booking and the hotel’s cancellation policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jaisalmer.
